The Sunshine State will be hosting this year’s International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS) Annual Conference and Exhibition May 19-22. Being held at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista, healthcare security protection professionals who attend will be able to discover how their colleagues and experts are tackling industry challenges and addressing issues.

Lieutenant General (retired) Mark Hertling will deliver the opening keynote, titled “Leadership Is Hard! Or Is It?”. Heartling will also discuss the application of the military leadership model of “Be-Know-Do,” and how this model provides guiding principles for those wanting to be the best leader they can be in a continuously changing environment.
